EstateDocFlow provides document preparation and management services for real estate transactions, as well as digital information products and physical goods related to property documentation.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees are outlined on the relevant service, product or goods page. Payments are processed securely, and confirmation is sent to your email. You agree to pay all fees in full for the selected offerings at the time of purchase.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Professional Services

Services such as document drafting, legal reviews, and notary coordination may be rescheduled or canceled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. To reschedule, please submit a request via our contact form. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund, which will be credited to the original payment method within 14 business days.

4.2 Information Products

Digital downloads, templates, and guidebooks may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if not downloaded or accessed. To request a refund, contact us through the contact form. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

4.3 Physical Goods

Printed materials and document kits must be returned in unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive and inspect the items, you will be notified, and a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

4.4 No-Refund Services

Certain expedited and customized services are marked as non-refundable due to immediate allocation of resources and personalized preparation. These offerings are clearly labeled before purchase, and by selecting them you acknowledge and accept the non-refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of EstateDocFlow or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

EstateDocFlow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, products, or goods. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service or product.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
